Cancellation Policy

Professional Event Videography Policy At Armadillo Media, we are committed to providing high-quality event videography services. To ensure a smooth experience, the following policies apply: 1. Booking and Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 50% secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without a refund. 2. Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event incur a 15% charge over and above the deposit to cover any gear rental. Cancellations on the same day of the event require a 30% charge over and above the deposit. 3. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is free if requested 24+ hours before the event. Changes within 24 hours may incur a 10% charge. If unavailable on the new date, the deposit remains non-refundable. 4. Weather Policy Clients must arrange a backup location for outdoor events. If no backup is provided, cancellation/rescheduling policies apply. 5. Videographer’s Responsibility We strive for high-quality video coverage and editing. If unforeseen circumstances prevent service, we will arrange a replacement or refund. 6. Video Delivery and Usage Edited videos are delivered within 7-14 working days via an online platform or USB. Clients receive personal usage rights. Commercial use requires prior consent. Raw footage is not provided unless agreed upon in advance. 7. Client Responsibilities Clients must obtain all necessary venue permissions. Special requests should be communicated before the event. 8. Liability We are not liable for technical failures, lost footage, or force majeure events. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client. By booking, clients agree to these terms.
